Sorry, the taste is subterranean. Every type of ice cream tastes artificial and very strange. Seems to be just a powder mixed with water, palm fat and perhaps the cheapest cream (and of course frozen). Was there three times now and didn't even taste chocolate and vanilla. How can you "panic" these simple varieties. Better go to another ice cream shop. This one doesn't even taste good to the kids I was with. Unfortunately, we then had to throw away the totally overpriced ice cream. No trace of handicraft or Italian ice-cream arts. For me, NEVER AGAIN.

Is it nice to sit there and eat a strawberry mug? No. Can you relax and have a cappuccino there and watch the people walking by? Neither. Then why 5 stars? Best ice cream in Braunschweig! Exclusive varieties (tip: cucumber! Mega!). You can park right in front of the door, but riding your bike and rewarding yourself with an ice cream for kicking is even better.

Superior ice-cream

The ice forum is still making excellent ice cream with friendly staff, only now at the new location; and only this leads to the one point deduction. The old shop was icecream-like with indoor seating (but no outside). The new location now has some outside, but no inside. Unfortunately it has become more of an ice cream to take away than to linger. (I forgot to ask if there was still a pot of coffee). I guess the queues are as long on sunny days as before (only: now you can see them in full length).
